In Feldenkrais practice for over 40 years, I get good results. Testimonials upon request from those who have had rehabilitation pre or post surgery, preventative treatment, arthritis, fybromyalgia,joint and back pain, learning problems, brain's neuroplasticity potential. Also training Bones for Life Teachers in Mexico and Arlington, MA. wherever there is a need to ward off or even reverse osteoporosis, as I did for myself over 15 years ago, no bone loss since, entirely through natural means. I now teach advance Bones for Life "Individual Solutions for Movement Dysfunctions". I welcome all inquiries. For a good description of the Feldenkrais Method, please read "The Brain's Way of Healing" by Norman Doidge, M.D., two chapters on the Method.
