Our on-site Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a first-of-its-kind approach, offering 10-hour treatment and support five days per week -- all within an intimate community setting. Our PHP therapy approach is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and a comprehensive program that addresses all aspects of a successful journey: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness. Our PHP program emphasizes mind/body balance through nutritional meals and yoga, and relational support through our community setting. We also offer art and movement therapy to encouraging each patient to become their best self. We take extra steps to ensure that your program is successful and your daily obligations are met. By offering vocational support, individualized tutoring for adolescents, medication management, family support, and more, we help you focus on your recovery.

Our other program, the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), is also conveniently located in downtown Bellevue. Our IOP provides three days of structured programing using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) designed specifically for women and adolescent girls facing significant anxiety and depression. The IOP program consists of 9 hours weekly, 3 days per week, 3 hours per day for 12 weeks. Rooted in evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) includes group therapy, DBT skills training, individualized therapy, family support, and medication management by our Medical Director, Dr. Mehri Moore.
