Initial office consultations are designed to allow time for you to establish a comfortable relationship with the doctor. Dr. Dembny will work with you, to address your individual needs, and achieve the image and result you desire. It is important to allow each patient to share personal views of their self-image, and then use these as a guide for their self-improvement, says Dr. Dembny. He adds, A shared understanding of goals is important to optimize results. Dr. Dembny will discuss your concerns in detail and review your medical history. He performs a comprehensive physical examination, and then medical photographs are taken to help formulate a surgical plan. Dr. Dembny will present you with the most appropriate and realistic treatment alternatives, and discuss the anticipated results. The benefits and potential risks of any treatment option, surgical or non-surgical, will be considered in detail. You will then be well informed and comfortable with your decision to undergo plastic surgery. If you choose to proceed with a cosmetic procedure, you will be treated with compassion and respect.

Dr. Dembnys practice philosophy is centered on quality. He is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery, and is a member of The Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Dr. Dembnys surgical interests include: AESTHETIC BREAST SURGERY (Breast Augmentation, Revision Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, and Breast Reduction), and BODY CONTOURING SURGERY (Tummy Tuck, Liposuction, Arm Lift, and Thigh Lift).

Dr. Dembny also has significant experience and training in non-surgical procedures: The treatment of lines and wrinkles using BOTOX Cosmetic and DYSPORT treatments, as well as SOFT TISSUE FILLERS such as Juvederm, Perlane, Radiesse, and Restylane. Soft Tissue Fillers can also be used for facial contouring, volume restoration, and lip enhancement.

Dr. Dembny offers LASER RESURFACING options for the treatment of sun damage and photoaging. The PEARL Laser improves brown spots and fine line wrinkles. PEARL FRACTIONAL Laser resurfacing is used for more significant sun damage, stubborn lines & wrinkles, and acne scarring. PEARL FUSION resurfacing combines both treatments for even better results. FRAXEL Laser treatments are utilized for sun damage, acne scarring, and the treatment of stretch marks.
Dr. Dembny employs an experienced and licensed Aesthetician who offers other treatments, including Hair Removal, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Photorejuvenation, Skin Tightening, Laser Genesis, Vein treatments, and a vast array of advanced Skin Care products.
