WHO WE ARE:

SNF Fitness, LLC is Quincy’s newest Personal Training & Strength Studio. We’ve just opened a 1300 square foot, multi level stand-alone facility located at 261 Willard Street. Our facility offers an outstanding, fully open floor plan with combinations of Strength, Suspension, Functional, Core-Specific, and Traditional gear. We’re able to accommodate ANYONE, from athletes looking to pack on size and strength, new Mom’s looking to lose their post pregnancy baby weight, Grandpa’s looking to reverse the aging process, as well as your average early 30′s working professional who’s tired of looking at the weight he or she has put on since their 20′s passed. Our space is designed to make everyone comfortable, confident, and able to maximize their time with us. Below, you can find a running list of equipment and gear that we will integrate into your workouts. We also offer nearly a dozen parking spaces, lockers, and a fully accommodating bathroom with shower and changing area.

BACKGROUND:
 
Our company has been operating as ‘SNF Fitness – Mobile/In-Home Personal Training’  since late 2008/early 2009, run exclusively as a sole proprietorship by Steve Ferreira. This practice has gone from a handful of In-Home Sessions each week, run out of the back of an old Chrysler 300, to north of 38 per week and the incorporation of a wealth of other fitness and wellness services. This practice has grown to be a true ‘Mobile Gym’ operation. To date, Steve alone estimates that he has directed over 7000 Client Sessions. 
 
In November  of 2009, Steve was hired by Mr. Steve Hohl as a Personal Trainer, serving in this capacity at his Condominium gym in Boston. The initial plan was a 3 month lifestyle change/fresh workout type program, but lasted until February of 2011 due to a solid working relationship and excellent, on-going results. After a 3 month lay-off , Steve & Steve got back in touch with each other and chatted about,  formally discussed, and then agreed to form a partnership and build SNF Fitness, LLC – Personal Training & Strength Studio. The doors of our physical location opened on August 22nd, 2011.
 
Since our opening, SNF Fitness has been constantly evolving. We have changed our design and layout multiple times to continually give our Clients the absolute BEST product in the area. Our two floor design allows us to accommodate our core business of 1 on 1 Personal Training, as well as the integration of public and private small group work. We offer on going Bootcamp style workouts, as well as plans for TRX Small Group Classes and an ‘Adult Obstacle Hour’ (a great workout combination that will ready you for Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, Ruckus, Warrior Dash, Rugged Maniac, etc).

Our facility is conveniently located at 261 Willard Street in Quincy. We’re just 30 seconds on or off route 93, and right on the cusp of the Quincy/Milton line. The main towns we service are Quincy Ma, Milton Ma, Dorchester Ma, Braintree Ma, Weymouth Ma, Hingham Ma, Hanover Ma, and Norwell Ma.
