As a Transformation Coach for The Green Healing Path of Self-Mastery, I train and mentor Lightworkers (Healers-in-the-World). I help you tune in to the power of your inner wisdom, your lighter Self, to form an everlasting relationship with your Well-Being. I teach Evolutionary/Insight Meditation and Usui Reiki Healing Touch in wellness centers in the tri-state area of Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, and at Cecil College in Elkton, Maryland.

MEDITATION
You can choose from 23 different 3-hr Evolutionary/Insight Meditation Workshops in our series we call "Meditating For Life". These can be taken individually from our base in Chesapeake City, Maryland, or with a group through Cecil College in Elkton, Maryland, or in wellness centers in the tri-state area of Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.

HEALING
Try out a Master Reiki Healing Touch session with Zing, one hour of clarifying your body, mind, and spirit imbalances, an d learning how you can balance these energetically through the counterbalance of affirmations. You gain clarity of thought, and any energetic blocks to your balance are soothed away by your Higher Self in conjunction with the healing energies of the universe. You leave feeling lighter, relieved of your stress and aches.

TRANSFORMATION COACHING
We provide soul contracts in Transformation Coaching for Self-Mastery, to assist you on your Green Healing Path. We have one-month packages and six-month packages. These may include 3-hr Meditation workshops, Master Reiki sessions, phone consultations, learning resources, and email communications--whatever it takes to keep you moving forward and attaining the goals you're setting for yourself and your life.
