  A combination of Relaxation and a Deep Tissue Massage. Not only does this relax your whole body but, at the same time, works through some of the muscle issues or “tight spots” you may be experiencing. Therapeutic massage will improve your circulation, enhancing the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to muscle cells while also aid in reduced swelling. These circulatory effects of massage may have value in treating some inflammatory conditions, such as arthritis. Like other massage therapy treatments, it induces a relaxation response, which lowers your heart rate, breathing rate, and blood pressure; plus boosts your immune system; and generally decreases the physical effects of stress.

We know the importance for you and your child to have a safe place to come relax. Here is our policy for working with your child: 1. Permission form and health intake must be filled out prior for minors under the age of 18 by parent or guardian. ​ 2. A parent or guardian must be present in the room for any child under the age of 13. 3. Children 13 -17 need a parent or guardian on the premises during full session time.

  Pain Relief Starts Here! *4 week treatment plan booked in advance 2 times per week. * This is a treatment plan, not your typical massage. It is set up to help break your pain patterns so you can feel better faster. ​ You will receive a free 10 minute HYDRO MASSAGE with each Recovery treatment. ​ $150 for first session (allow for one hour for first visit). This is for New patients or patients who are returning after 6 months. ​ $65 individual sessions typically last 30-40 minutes and usually no disrobing needed. This price is good for clients who have been seen in the last 6 months. At this time Insurance is not accepted. We can give you a detailed receipt. This Recovery treatment works best with clients who can commit to coming in 2x weekly for at least 4 to 6 weeks.
