Practicing over 30 years in the same location together with her father, Dr. Carson Kendall, DDS, who is now mostly retired.

In fact, Dr. Drouin chose to include &#34;Kendall&#34; in her business name when she took over the practice to link herself to a tradition of how her father practiced dentistry.  &#34;My dad was a carpenter before he was a dentist, and probably because of that he always thought the most important thing about dentistry was to do good work--to build things right.  He also loved watching his patients grow up and grow old in his chair.  And I'd have to say that over the years these have probably become my favorite two things about dentistry as well.  I guess the apple didn't fall too far from the tree.&#34;

You have a lot of dental choices in this town, so to help you make your decision were letting you know what you can expect from our office.  Please take the time to read these three short sections below because they will give you a sense of who we are, and why we care about these particular aspects of dentistry.
 
QUALITY  First and foremost, we care about doing quality work, and were going to take the time to do things right.  Sometimes procedures can be done in a snap, but sometimes dentistry can be more complex and requires more time.  We dont cut corners, and if a procedure takes a little longer, well explain why.  But you can know that in the end its going to be done right because (OK, we admit it) were a little anal-retentive.  But hopefully you agree with us that when youre choosing the services of certain kinds of professionalslike heart surgeons, parachute instructors, and dentistsa little anal-retention is not such a bad thing.
 
COMFORT  We know that, for some people, going to the dentist is one of the most terrible things in the world [if that's not you, please skip to the next paragraph].  Youd rather get a speeding ticket, or food poisoning, than go to the dentist.  We know who you areeven when you dont tell usand you know what, its alright.  In these situations, we dont have any set approach.  We just work with you, individually, because everybodys a little bit different.  And weve had a lot of success taking it one patient at a time like that.
 
INFORMATION  We believe that information equals trust.  And while general information is helpful, specific answers and options are what most people want from their dentist.  How do we go about bringing these things to you?  Its really pretty easy, we listen to you.  Then we explain ALL of your optionsand if necessary, we listen some more, and explain some more.  When you walk out of our office, we want you to feel that you chose the best option (instead of simply agreeing to the only option).  And it bears repeating, so well say it one more time.  Information equals trust, and trust makes for some long and enjoyable relationships
