History: Established in 1985

Dr. John Sudick began his quest for dentistry as valedictorian of Sierra High School Class of 1977. He is an Eagle Scout recipient for his work, community service,  and honors in the Boy Scouts of America. He recieved scholarship to attend the University of Southern California where he distinguished himself in Biological Sciences. He was accepted into several top dental schools across the country including USC Dental School where he earned his DDS degree in 1985. He married his wife Pany in the summer of 1985 and took over the practice of Paul Standlee in Uptown Whittier. Since this humble beginning, Dr. Sudick has continued to distinguish himself in implant prosthetics or implant teeth, total patient care with comprehensive dentistry, and caring family dentistry over many generations of families here in the Whittier and surrounding areas. He personally designed and built his current high tech modern dental office. Dr. Sudick continues to contribute to many community organizations.

Dr. John Sudick is a USC Dental School Graduate with 26 years experience in general, implant, and prosthetic dentistry. He has distinguished himself in the Whittier community with his professional, caring, and comprehensive dentistry covering many generations of families. He has been honored by many organizations in Whittier for his selfless donation of time, finances, dental work, and variety of goods and products. These include the Whittier Assistance League, Boy Scouts of America, Whittier Soup Kitchen, Whittier Winter Shelter, Whittier Resource Center, Oralingua School for the hearing impaired, Womens and Childrens Crisis Center, Intercommunity Counseling Center, Hillcrest Congregational Church and others. Dr. Sudick has been married over 26 years and is proud of his three college bound children. He is active in their lives and loves to travel. He is an assistant scoutmaster of Troop 710, and enjoys camping, hiking, skiing, kayaking, woodworking, and photography.

Dr. Sudick works with a community team of specialists that include oral surgery, periodontics or gum specialist, endodontics or root canals, orthodontics, and pedodontics for specialist care of children with special needs. By having strong relationships and communication with these specialists including electronic transfer of important records when needed, Dr. Sudick is able to provide a high level of care, understanding, and attention to detail that gives great confidence to patients that they are in good hands. His compassion and caring attitude has earned him a reputation with the specialists for being the dentist to refer anxious and fearful patients needing that extra attention to help them lose their fears and be comfortable in the dental chair. He even has headphones and a large selection of music to listen to.
