1-1s: I really enjoying meeting in-person (SF/Marin) and I really appreciate the power of technology in keeping us connected locally and around the world via video and phone.  For 1-1 clients I have limited enrollment into a monthly membership program that we can discuss in an introductory call.

Partners and Groups: Often in conjunction with 1-1s, I like to work with partners, families, and community groups as both a facilitator, healer, and visionary activator.  Please contact me to discuss how this might look in your situation.

Professional Organizations and Teams: Organizations and teams can really benefit from taking time to  come into alignment around purpose and how to best work together in a way that honors unique talents and perspectives.  I am available for in-house programs, as well as leading off-site retreats.

A little about my style of engagement and focus of work:

I am deeply rooted in a desire to do good by sharing what I do best, which is helping to liberate individuals and empower them in all facets of their lives.  This process begins with a commitment by you to seek guidance and take action.  The greater your commitment, the more I want to work with you!   Here's the flow:

First step is getting to know you so that all our work is aligned with your values and mission.  Asking good questions and truly listening are the keys to getting it right in the beginning and throughout.
 
Next I may seek to validate what I've heard and felt by voicing it back for both of us to hear.  At this point some clarity may be offered and further inquiry made.   
 
Once a feeling of togetherness arises, I seek permission to share with you my findings and, if these findings resonate, we work on a forward-thinking holistically-minded approach that is both easier on you and more effective for everyone.  I like to include practical tools and demonstrations that may include role playing, project work, and even mini Taiji ("Tai Chi") lessons to go along with more traditional engagements rooted in inquiry, deep listening, and consented feedback.
