Since many systemic diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and autoimmune disorders can have serious effects on the health of your eyes, we stress the importance of routine examinations. At Sight To See, it is all about the service. We offer complete eye care from routine to complex.  We see patients of all ages and greatly appreciate referrals.

Dr. Simon and Dr. Strange provide comprehensive eye examinations that include evaluation for distance and near prescription, external and internal eye health, focusing, binocularity, color vision, depth perception, dry eye and allergy symptoms,and visual field testing.  If you are interested in contact lenses, then corneal measurements and tear film evaluation, fitting, lens assessment and contact lens care is available.  Dr. Strange also provides diagnosis and treatment of eye disease and co-management with other specialists for laser and cataract surgeries.

Our staff has over 275 years of combined experience in optical and contact lenses.  They stay on top of the latest style trends, newest materials, and advanced lens options through office educational opportunities. This past year, we included Visioffice System into our dispensary. It is state of the art equipment for highly accurate lens fitting for the newest digitally designed lenses. Our optical has a wonderful variety of frames with a range of styles and prices available.  We are always getting new inventory. Please feel free to stop by and try some on.

We fit many types of contact lenses including daily, biweekly, and monthly disposables. We also fit RGP, planned replacement, and Hybrid Design lenses by SynergEyes.  If your prescription is a little out of the ordinary, chances are we have something for you too. We would love to help you!

Dr. R.V. Simon graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology.  He then attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee where he received his doctorate of Optometry and was included in the &#34;Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities&#34;.  Dr. Simon began his practice in 1971 in Edmond. He was a member of Rotary Club and was active in the Chamber of Commerce.  He is a member of The American Optometric Association, Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians, and the Edmond Church of Christ. In 2009, Dr. Simon received the Edmond Sun &#34;Best Eye Doctor&#34; Award.

Dr. Raquel Strange is a proud alumnus of Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1998. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians, Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society, Edmond Women's Club, and the American Diabetes Association.   She was the recipient of several awards in Optometry school including the Clinical Excellence Award, Contact Lens Achievement Award, Triad Ocular Disease Award, and Outstanding NSUCO Research Project. She was presented with the Dennis Kennedy O.D. Excellence in Eye Care Award from TLC in 2006. She served on the City of Edmond Capital Projects and Financing Task Force from 2002-2004, and has sat on several local professional advisory panels.
