The majority of our practice consists of therapeutic bodywork which many clients incorporate into a monthly wellness plan.

We offer relaxation massage, therapeutic massage and sports massage along with specialized TMJ, Neck and Back work.

The advanced practitioner has spent years developing the skills, creativity, instinctive and intuitive perception to work effectively and without hesitation.

Athletes looking for more than a general massage will be pleased to know that we have worked with elite distance runners, competitive Olympic Trials swimmers, master-level and teacher ranked martial artists, along with MLB, MiLB, NBA, and NFL athletes. We have also worked with blues, country, pop/rock and classically trained concert musicians and vocalists.

We know that each person utilizes their body in their own unique way; we’ll take the time to listen to what you have to say. When you walk through our doors, you are never "just another number". Our sessions are tailored specifically to your individual needs.

We will identify your complaint, find the best way to create change and work intelligently toward that end by customizing a massage session that is especially for you.

Our goal is to provide you with our best work, each and every time you visit our practice.

Most of our clients choose 1½ hour sessions, stating the extended table time past the typical one hour segment provides for a better overall experience. However, you are always welcome to schedule a 1 hour massage therapy session.

We can also provide a session of 2 or more hours, if needed.

Those suffering from temporomandibular joint (TMJ), neck and lower back complaints can trust our site specific work. Additionally, we provide medical massage, which is often used in cases of migraine headaches.

We offer:

Advanced Massage Therapy - We will combine our knowledge of bodywork (which includes relaxation and Swedish massage, deep tissue and therapeutic work, sports massage and range of motion therapy along with specific TMJ, Neck and Back work) in order to customize a massage appointment that's especially for you.

Clinical Reflexology - This deeply relaxing and gentle modality incorporates a full session on the feet and works toward bringing balance to the body. Reflexology can also be incorporated into a monthly wellness plan.

Chiropractic Care - Chiropractic adjustments encourage health and improved mobility, with the use of precise and specialized hands-on care.

Whether used as alternative health care or in conjunction with more traditional forms of healing, bodywork provides an opportunity to release stress, pain and emotional fatigue, thereby promoting health and enhancing quality of life.
