Today our world is saturated with health advice and no advice is more readily given than that of how to eat. Although generally well-intentioned, nutrition advice is often confusing, misleading and at times financially driven. How you feed yourself is one of the many important choices you make each day. Finding a way to be healthy in your choices while not letting the process overwhelm you is my goal. Karla provides her clients with evidence-based knowledge and the tools and support necessary to make long-term changes. You will work together to assist you in reaching your health goals.

Karla Whitley has an enthusiastic and realistic approach to healthy eating. She is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her job and has been in practice for nearly 30 years. As a TWU graduate with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nutrition, Karla began her career working in a variety of clinical settings including the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. The majority of her career has been in private practice focusing primarily in the area of weight -management and eating disorders. Karla is also certified in Adult Weight Management from the American Dietetic Association.
