Chiropractic Manipulation
       I will assess your spinal column and locate areas in which misaligned vertebrae may be affecting the spinal cord and nerve roots as they emerge from between each spinal joint. Then I will apply a gentle pressure at the right time, place and angle to help nudge the wayward spinal bone into a more proper position. The chiropractic adjustments are precise, specific and feel great.

Soft Tissue Therapy
       I will use a specific protocol to address soft tissue problems. Using direct, precise pressure and stretching lengthens contracted muscles and fascia. Techniques such as sustained pressure, ice massage and stretching can release trigger points. Painful sprains and strains, as well as myofascial adhesions, can be addressed directly with soft tissue techniques that improve circulation and stimulate healthy separation and realignment of injured fibers. This reduces painful swelling and inflammation, and promotes healing by removing waste products and bringing nutrients to your tissues.
