I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. However the doctor was very rude and seemed to completely brush aside my concerns and seemed more determined to prove there was nothing wrong with me that to help me. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone

I highly recommend Dr. Bockow. Dr. Bockow is caring, exceptionally intelligent, and very thorough. I had been to so many doctors before I saw Dr. Bockow, and no other doctor was able to accurately diagnose and treat my very complex medical problems. Dr. Bockow was the only one who figured out exactly what was wrong; and then he was able to resolve my terrible daily pain. Now I don't have to live everyday in pain! I am extremely grateful that I finally found Dr. Bockow!

Dr. Bockow is truly one of those amazing physicians that is hard to come by. I had terrible pain, and I had gone to several doctors and no one could figure out my problem or how to treat it. When I saw Dr. Bockow, he took the time to understand my problem and my medical history. He was so compassionate an understanding.
More than that, he's the one that finally figure out my problem and created a whole treatment plan for me that was easy to adhere to. Because of Dr. Bockow, I have now been pain free for over 6 months. I'm now back to myself, and I've never felt better. I've told all my friends and family to go see him, but I want to share this news with everyone for anyone who will benefit. He's truly an incredible doctor.
