They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.

It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They are often rude or belligerent. I really like Dr Walmer, but left because of his office staff.
