Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

They were one of the best rheumatologists I've ever seen. I was very impressed with their level of knowledge and skill. It was pretty easy to for me to find their office. I’ve been to other doctors that work out of an office in the middle of nowhere, but not this one. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. They called me back to see the doctor within ten minutes.

I felt completely comfortable choosing a treatment plan after they went over every single detail of my test results with me. It's so nice to fully understand what every test result means. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I'm so happy with how my appointment went. They far exceeded my expectations. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
