They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
