Do not see this doctor. I take warfarin and test therapeutic between 2.0 and 3.0. She tested my INR and it read 2.6. She said it should be 1.0 and tried to change my warfarin dosage. I have Hodges disease and this could have been catastrophic if I had listened to her.

My visit to Dr. Chapman was disappointing and discouraging. Her staff was unfriendly and had very poor customer service attitudes. Dr. Chapman was unfocused and unattentive to my needs as a patient. Dr. Chapman spent 5 minutes with me and "maybe" looked me in the eye one time. Mostly, she typed on her computer while asking me robotic type questions and then handed me a computer printout of what she "thought" I might have and prescribed me medicine. How does one prescribe a medicine after spending such a short amount of time with a patient? She ordered other tests, because she said it could be something else, but never took the time to explain what those things were. I left discouraged and sad. I have suffered being in pain for awhile now and went to her in hopes of an answer. She treated me like my issue was of no importance to her along with her staff. Now, I'm left with no answers and still in pain and will have to take the time to find another doctor. Do not waste your time with this Dr., your health is too important.
