I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I didn't see their credentials or business license displayed anywhere. It seemed suspicious. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They were very disorganized. I had the forms filled out obtained from their web site and was told they were the wrong forms ans they gave me the exact same forms from Summit Medical Group that I had already filled out and when I ask why I was told Dr. Burns would not see me because of my attitude.
