Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
