They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. To add to this I feel that Dr. Levy is adequate in his job but not exceptional.. He listens but sometimes dosen't really seem to be interested in what you are saying.. Stares at his computer the whole time you are there and basically it is a 5 to 10 min visit where then he gets up and says well have a nice evening.. The office could be cleaner too..

I saw Dr. Levy from the time I was 13 until I was 20. Didn't have many complaints, because as a psychiatrist, we spoke for about 10 minutes, he adjusted medications and sent me on his way - that's the nature of the business. However, a couple years ago I stopped taking my medications and missed all of my appointments with him. I never got a phone call from any one of the staff, and considering the field and the nature of the disease, I would think that a follow-up phone call would've been important. Made it clear how un-important I really was.

I have been happy with my eight years of treatment with Dr. Levy. He has adjusted my meds over the years to help me live more effectively and happily. He listens to my input and concerns. He has an email address to use when he is out of town or to contact him directly if needed. The current office staff are very helpful and efficient. He is willing to refer me to other doctors if I need a service he does not provide such as to a neurologist. I have ADD so I try to come prepared with my refill and my questions and we work well together.
