If I were to compare them to other rheumatologists I've visited, they were definitely the worst. I'm shocked they're still in practice. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I don't feel like I can ever be confident that my appointment is actually going to happen because they constantly cancel it at the last minute. I wish they were more reliable.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I really appreciated how convenient their parking was. I was able to find a spot within a few minutes.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I've always appreciated how quickly they return my phone calls. They usually get back to me within two days.

They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I wasn't impressed at all with how they handled their practice. I definitely won't be recommending them to any of my friends or family members. I have an immediate concern and I was told that new patients had to wait 1 month to be seen.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
