They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

The office was comfortable, staff was friendly. I waited a while for the Doctor. I found the Dr. knowledgeable but not nessarilly a good listener. After reading his written assesment sent back to my Dr. I felt he miss quoted me and had not heard the point I was making. Gave me a vague diagnosis and I was on my way.
