Dr. Neiman is always very attentative to my concerns. He is located near Evergreen Hospital and easy to get to off the freeway. He periodically needs to treat my rheumatoid arthritis with injection and he does a very careful and almost painfree job. His office is most accommodating to last minute needs.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Instead of doing a thorough exam, labs, or other work-ups, he told me on my first visit that he wanted to start giving me injections, and said if I was desperate I would start taking them that day, but he also said that it had less than a 50% chance of working. My first visit, needless to say, turned out to be my last visit as well, I will not be seeing him again.
