Getting refills is a royal pain! When asked why a refill wasn't filled they said I didn't have an appointment when I always have one scheduled before I leave the office. I get the feeling all they want is my Money and as much of it as they can get. Soon to switch Drs...

The restrooms here are not well-stocked There were no paper towels.. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
