They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
Dr. Navato has had the same receptionist for many many years. While she is nice after you know her, friendliness is not her strong suit. They will work to get you an appointment that fits your schedule, though.
Dr. Navato really knows his medicine. He was able to help me when others had finally given up. However, he is definitely not a therapist! He will take your bare bones info and prescribe. After many years with him, I had to leave because I felt he was only prescribing the next refill or new med and no longer listening to me.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They are TERRIBLE about returning phone calls and if you need a special prescription refill, forget about it! I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
