They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. It was great that I didn't have to reschedule the rest of the day for my appointment. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They have never suggested that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They have always been extremely considerate and professional. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never used foul language. They have always made an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend them as a care provider.
