Dr Cruz isn't your normal "Shrink", I felt like i was talking to a friend. Plus he asked for my totally overall history, which took over an hour before making recommendations. I didn't feel rushed although w/ my ADHD he did have to guide me back to the point a lot. Anyway, through out the interview he listened with patience & treated me with respect. The office was decorated with care and very comfortable, just perfect. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on in their waiting room. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Never, they are very reliable.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
Super doctor, very kind. Wouldn't change unless he left the area.
