Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home.
