I reached out to Dr Donath and staff after deciding to get a facelift. My primary concerns at 47 were the sagging in my neck and family inherited jowls. I had 2 prior consultations with other Drs to do my due diligence. However, after contacting Dr Donath, I knew right away I wanted to go with him. Besides his unmatched reputation and rave reviews, my experience from start to finish has be easy and has exceeded my expectations. The office staff is very friendly and professional. I have never seen such a well run office. They think of everything and answered questions before I had them. I am only 1 month post surgery but so far I am extremely pleased with my decision to go with Dr Donath. My husband said it has already taken 10-15 years off. My experience went perfectly.

Jenn was great but when I called to check prices I was told a peel was between $100 and $150. The peel I got was $200. The person answering the phone needs to do a better job. Maybe they need a new price list.

Katie is the best esthetician. She is professional,personal,and informative and keeps my skin looking its best. Julie who checks me out is always so sweet, Accommodating and precise. The reason I gave it a nine the young gal who welcomes patients is he has dark hair ,young but she is not very friendly. Needs some customer service skills. I think her name is Rachel She seems irritated with the phone and never says hello or bye.

I have been seeing Dr. Donath and his staff for over 10 years now. All of my experiences have been outstanding. I will not go anywhere else or see any other doctor except Dr. Donath. I have referred many clients to him over the years and will continue to do so. In my opinion Dr. Donath is an excellent surgeon. Not only is he exceptionally talented, he has a very down-to-earth personality which makes him very easy to talk to. He listens to your concerns and needs while being upfront and honest about his natural looking style. He is not 'over the top' like some plastic surgeons and will you know what to expect at the consultation. These are just a few of the qualifications I was looking for in a surgeon and Dr. Donath far exceeded them all!
