Compared to my previous visit, this visit was so much better. Everyone I came across was friendly, courteous, made eye contact and conversation. Otto, the med tech (unsure of his title) is exactly the kind of person that is needed in this environment. Someone who exudes positivity, joy and compassion. Dr. Mott is an excellent physician. He took his time to completely explain everything to me. He was never rushed or short with me. Dr. Mott is a very accomplished surgeon and explained to me wht the robotic surgery may not be beneficial in my case.
