Great office staff, plus a warm friendly waiting area. EBI Doctors are are second to none when it comes to patient, doctor relations. I have seldom had any doctor spend so much time explaining the causes of my hearing issues, and solutions. This is this place that will fix my hearing issues, and give me back my life!

I have been seeing Dr. Gianoli and his staff for many years and the excellent care given by all of his staff - from the friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionists, to the perceptiveness of the hearing technologist - had been so far advanced from other hearing specialists I ,have seen. Dr. Gianoli has operated on both of my ears and my Vertigo went away, which truly saved my sanity.

My experience with Dr. Gianoli and his staff was superb. They were pleasant, accommodating and professional. Dr. Gianoli was able to diagnose my hearing issues with razor sharp precision. I highly recommend him.

After seeing three ENT's whom all claimed that there was nothing that could be done for my vertigo symptoms I found Dr Gianoli. After a long and thoughful first meeting I felt relieved that he was considering trouble shooting my problem. After extensive testing he discussed a non surgical remedy which I am about to start. I feel so much better just knowing there is someone who is willing to listen and help .
