Today was my first visit at 911 Pain Management and I have got to say I had the best experience ever!. The process was very professional, the staff have so much energy and the environment is super organized. The Medical Assistant, Jesus, treated me so well, explained everything good to me and did very well with my IV with no pain at all. Ms. Veronica as well was very nice!, So kind and lovely, made me feel much better. In the beginning before entering the office. I was really scared not knowing what to expect. But when I entered, it felt like wonderland. All attention on me, explaining the process and helping me with my nervousness. I totally love the treatment and staff everything was well set and phenomenal. I highly recommend 911 Pain Management to every one in pain.

Todo fueron muy amables, me asistieron de lo mejor. El transporte me levanto y muy buen conductor. Me levanto en mi casa asta mi cita con ningun problema. El Dr. me ayudaron muy bien a entender todo lo que me esta pasando con mi dolor. Recomiendo esta oficina a lo maximo.

My experience today at 911 Pain Management was great, everyone in the office treats you really nice. They greeted me with kindness and helped me feel better, because when I arrived to the clinic I felt scared to get my procedure. I did not know how I was going to feel after the procedure. Then the Medical Assistants helped me understand the procedure by explaining to me the time and risks helping me feel at ease. They also do a great job preparing the IV on my arm. Not everyone sees my veins, but they were able to do it nice and easy which I did not feel a thing. I got my injection done on my neck, and I was amazed by the quick results. A few minutes after procedure my pain started to fade away. I could not turn my head and now I can look to my right and to my left. I am happy bacause my neck feels amazing very smooth and comfortable.

Very nice and greeted me friendly. They explained everything in detail, and worked in a very professional way. They were passionate and with that desire to help you. The staff was also really friendly they helped me with the reminders of my appointments. No problems at all. So kind and respectful. I totally recommend 911 pain management for their service. I also should have my last office visit. Since im already in minimal pain. I got only 1 procedure on my cervical spine. And i am impressed that it helped soo much i can now go back to work and have no issues at all. Im very thankful and highly recommended.

Amazing staff everyone is really professional, the PA Ms. Perez was really kind and very smart. She helped me understand my situation with my pain. Was really nice to me, gave me hope that i would feel better. And i really am. I already got an injection and it helped a little. Since i was experiencing a big big pain i could not even walk correctly. So so thankful hope to see them again soon.

I had my visit through telemedicine, and i found it really helpful. They explained everything about my situation very well and helped me understand the treatments and how they been working. Im to proud say that the treatments helped a lot with just one more visit to go and i should be done. Super thankful for this office doing a great job for the people in pain.

As a first time patient, I was scared not knowing what to expect. My experience at the clinic was phenomenal. Covid regulations are strongly enforced, the staff is extremely professional and the care is excellent. I would highly recommend this clinic to my family and friends.
