I was very nervous about the appointment and not sure what to expect. Everyone was so lovely, I was greeted warmly at the front desk, Louis made the filming process fun and Lucy kindly arranged all the appointments and paperwork. Dr. Harwin was terrific -- he answered all of my questions, explained what was happening with my knees and thoroughly went over his recommended treatment. While I am nervous about the procedure, I feel I am in safe hands and getting the best possible care.

The knee procedures are progressing very well. All personnel, doctors, assistants, x-Ray technician,receptionists, and office workers were professional as well as amicable. My total knee replacements while still going through rehabilitation, have given me a new lease on life.
