I went to Dr Urbankova over two years ago to have a veneer reattached, since I don't have dental insurance, I paid the fee right then and there.

Today, once again over TWO YEARS LATER, i got a call from his office claiming I have a remaining payment due (the full amount), and that I needed to call them back immediately to avoid collections.

How you screw up the bookkeeping on a bill paid in full on the spot is simply beyond me, moreover not having the wherewithal to realize that after two years have passed that I probably am not on a bloody payment plan is also inane.

So unless you enjoy receiving threatening phone calls for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE apparently, I would advise avoiding these swindlers.
