- Felt like I had to ask all questions about my injury, what I was or wasn't allowed to do, and possible treatments myself rather than having these things presented to me. Supplement prescription and diet recommendations were made after many weeks into treatment, and only after I explicitly asked. Should not this be routine. You could have basic info on a fact sheet to give out to everyone - In retrospect, I anchored much too strongly to date estimates, but as the patient who is new to this broken bone thing, there needs to be better setting and managing of expectations. I have spoken with Dr. Sanders about this and understand part of this issue is due to my foot being slower than all estimates -- but even still, this delay in progress should be clearly communicated at the many many appointments attended, especially since original estimates were wildly off every single step of the way. - wait time between doing X-ray and seeing Dr. Sanders seemed to increase significantly as time went on. - My insurance was charged for 'Surgery' for multiple appointments. The answer I got from your third party was that this is just a billing procedure, but this seems suspicious.

Coming for an appointment with Dr Sanders and her staff is always a very enjoyable experience! Everyone is extremely personable and professional. Dr Sanders remembers my foot history as well as my personal life and is so kind to always inquire. The treatment and care I receive here is above and beyond other dr offices and the holistic emphasis on healing makes this the best health care experience to date. I always recommend your office to anyone with foot problems. Thank you!

Great and knowledgeable staff! Very helpful and quickly found the issue causing pain in my foot. Always a pleasure to come to the office for a shoe evaluation. I learned much from each visit.

I feel that I was well taken care of. I have had a couple of Achilles injuries and you guys helped point me in the right direction as far as surgeon and treatment plans. One things I would like to point out is to check in with a patient regarding cost of X-rays and wether they are needed. Other than that you guy have been great!
