Everyone from the front desk, to the doctor, to the nurse was great. I have called the nurses many times for clarification and help and they have been wonderful. One negative experience was with the billing department and some misunderstanding on both my part and in trying to communicate my needs. Still working with everyone has been exceptional. Also since I am trying to do IUI and I live in Idaho Falls I might have liked to know that it could be best to go with another local doctor and work directly with them instead of trying to work with two people, since Dr. Blauer is only in Idaho Falls for certain time frames. .

Doctors and staff were excellent at what they do very clear and no big words to throw you off of what is going on very straight forward with all of the information that was given to me.

I would have felt a lot more comfortable had their been a little more personable interaction. I felt like you had all the knowledge and was just reading off a checklist to me like I was a check mark myself. The faster you got me out the better. That said, I feel very confident that we are heading in a positive direction for me.
