For the most part my experience has been very good. The two NP's I have talked to have been very thorough in explaining things to me. I have not seen Dr. Song yet... Today! I had one bad experience. I was scheduled to be seen in Carson. Fortunately, I showed up early to find out I had been rescheduled to Reno. I had not been notified of the change.
The staff is great. Sometimes orders get lost in the shuffle, as do patients. They should staff appropriately or retrain. As far as friendliness of the staff, they are top notch! : ) Dr. Song could spend more time with his patient's but Andrew Bader is excellent and spend adequate time with his patient's.
I have had 3 surgeries performed by Dr. Song and regard him as an exceptional doctor in every regard. Due to the fact he is also difficult to get appointments with. The phone number that is available to reach him seems to be totally automated and leaving a message does not seem to accomplish much as it is difficult or impossible to get a response. This is very frustrating.
After referral from pain doctor it took one year to see Dr. Song. My appointments were cancelled. The day and time of my surgery was changed 4 times. I was made to feel that my problem was a very low priority
