Medical and clinical personnel are great. The Dr. Has taken care of my health issues, and the nursing staff has done so as well. However, the office staff has been less than stellar. I have received bills from the office for tests that were not properly authorized by the VA. There is a 15 day window to get the authorization. Thenoffice found out they would not be paid by the VA, and after nine months, I got a bill for services that the VA has paid for for the last seventeen years. This has been very disappointing.
