Had a great experience with Dr. Cherney. However, the lady that performed my mammogram was not very friendly.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Jacobs. I do wish there was more time after the exam for a more personal type of dialog. For several years now, the only dialog you get with the doctor is after the exam while you are still wrapped in a sheet. In my earlier years w/ Lyndhurst, Dr. Parker would come back into the room after I was dressed to talk with me.

Checking in process was fast and efficient. Wait time before being called back was only a few minutes and nurse was friendly and made you feel at ease before the exam. I love the exam rooms everything is right there in the same room. The consultation area to the bathroom where you can use and put your gown on and leave your belongings in a safe place, then the exam table is right between which makes the experience so convenient. Dr. Mims is very efficient and cares about your comfort and will take time to explain anything you ask. Also, enjoy the ocean sound she has in her exam room it is so relaxing. I highly recommend Dr. Jacqueline Mims.
