Dr. Payne is an excellent physician. She takes the time to listen to what I you say and discussed options or how best to proceed. She or Melissa return phone calls promptly. When I have had a health issue, I have called and have been seen that day or the next -- usually on the day of the call. When necessary I have been referred to a specialist and she follows up on the treatment.
She is always willing to take extra time for questions and never makes you feel as if you are taking up too much of her time. She is very calm and puts you at ease. MDVP has been good for both her practice and the patient. It has given her the time to practice medicine and care for her patients. I am thankful for she and her staff.

Dr. Payne is the most caring and professional physician I have ever visited. Her knowledge of her field is outstanding and her manner and patience are refreshing. I have never had a physician show as much interest in my health and well being. I will, and have, recommend Dr. Payne to anyone that is looking for a knowledgeable and caring physician.

Dr. Rose Payne has been my doctor since she first came to the Heritage Medical Associates. I find her to be the most conscientious, knowledgeable, and caring doctor I have ever had. I feel she is my friend as well as my physician. Also, her staff is wonderful too. I feel very blessed to have them for my healthcare.

Dr. Payne is the best doctor I have ever known. She is positive and optimistic and recognizes the importance of emotions on physical health. I feel like she is not only a knowledgeable physician but also a steadfast friend. I would highly recommend her to anybody I really cared about.

My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Payne. Previously, we were with Dr. John Thompson...also MDVIP. When the change was made, we had a bit of apprehension...new doctor, female, etc. But, we could not be happier with Dr. Payne. She has been very professional, courteous, personable and conversant. Her staff responds in a timely manner with good information. We are pleased with our doctor/patient relationship.
