Dr. Hunter and Dr. Justice made each visit positive, friendly, and enjoyable. Stacy, Angie, and the rest of the staff always put my husband at ease regardless of the reason for each visit. It was extremely easy to ask questions too if we were confused or unsure of procedures, next steps, etc. After several unsuccessful pregnancies we were anxious about the opportunity to have children of our own. From the very beginning of our treatment KFI was understanding and compassionate of our situation and it reassured us that we had made the right decision in choosing KFI to help us. After conception, Dr. Hunter and Dr. Justice helped to keep our fears of the potential for another loss at bay with weekly visits to monitor the baby's growth. If questions arose around scheduled appointments, emails and phone calls sufficed to ease worries and concerns. The love, excitement, and genuine joy expressed by the entire office before and after conception was incredible. We would not even consider seeing another specialist in the future.

They make you feel like you are a part of their KFI family. Every time I went in, I felt like I was seeing my friends. That feels jt is so important when you are going through what is possibly the most emotionally, mentally, and physically draining time in your life.

I would only suggest that Dr. Hunter, or whomever, explain what he/they are currently doing/looking for. For example, when preforming an ultrasound explain what it is that you would like to see, or are taking measurements of the embryo. People are very nervous and a little interaction would alleviate some of that. Sitting in silence only lets it build. Otherwise excellent treatment and results.
