She was excellent and professional. I also want to say that Jessica, the receptionist was helpful because I made an appointment this morning for 10 am with the person at the call center, but when I arrived I was told she scheduled me for 12:45. I had driven all the way from Conroe for this appointment, so was frustrated, because of the mix up. She was helpful and looked to see for another available provider, and worked out for me to be seen by Dr Jurney after just a few minutes. I am glad she resolved this. Just a note to make sure the people who make the appointments get it right! Angelica was cheery and nice too, which melted away the stress.
