The fact that they communicate so well at every step of the procedure makes a huge difference for people like me who actually have a phobia about going to the dentist's office. Another tool they greatly helped to relieve my anxiety were the distractions provided with the music and/or movies. It's impossible to fully concentrate on more than one thing at a time-at one point I had to apologize for laughing out loud during the procedure!
