Recently, I had L5-S1 laminectomy surgery preformed by Dr. Lewis from the Toledo Clinic. My last experience like such was a C 5-6 spinal fusion preformed by Dr. Fred B. Meyer at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Lewis and the Toledo Clinic staff provided a service of comparable quality to that of the Mayo Clinic.

Our experience was fabulous. Dr. Lewis is an excellent surgeon and took the time needed to fully explain the surgery and listen to my questions carefully and took care of everything I needed. I would recommend Dr. Lewis and his group to everyone. I never waited more than a few minutes to see him and he was exceptional.

i suffered with lower back pain for over a year until it had gotten so severe i could not function on a daily basis and had terrible quality of life. When i woke up frp, surgery i immediatley knew dr lewis had corrected the problem. i was amazed i had surgery in the morning and walked out of the hospital in the afternoon. it only took medication for 2 days following surgery. i felt better everyday after and am now 6 weeks out and feel better than i have in years. thank you dr lewis and staff, my quality of life is so much better now!!!

My husband had rather abrupt back pain, within days we were in Dr. Lewis office. Tried theraphy without success. I called the office on Monday morning, the nurse referred us to St Luke Er.. Surgery was able to be scheduled the next day. Very happy with the results and all the help from the office staff.

Dr. Lewis took over my case after Dr. Voorhies left. Dr. Lewis recommended doing a procedure to relieve my pain. I am very happy with the outcome. I have my life back. Thank you Dr. Lewis.
