I would just like to say that the staff at the draw station is wonderful. They are always courteous, professional, and prompt. When they draw my blood for tests they always inform me of everything they are going to do and are very gentle. My entire family comes to the draw station and we have always been extremely satisfied with the services and care we have received. In the event of a need for blood tests outside of the Lo Cicero Medical Group, I would still visit this lab, because of their standard of excellence.

When I came in to have blood work completed for the first time, as I am a new patient, I was amazed how wonderful the staff was. Jason spoke to me right as I walked in with a smile and I cheerful attitude. He gladly walked me through the check in process. It was very fast when Tom called me into a room and let me know he would be right with me. He was back in a minute and was awesome. He was cheerful, sweet hearted, and made the experience go great.He made me feel relaxed and I walked out of that office happy and I will tell my experience to everyone I know. It makes all the difference the people you come across and your staff is terrific and I will stay a patient here and I will refer my friends to this practice. Thank you so much for having genuine and caring people working here.

I have been a patient of dr Locicero for years now and I'm very happy with the care I have received. When I was in the hospital for two weeks she and her staff were on top of everything and I felt confident in the care I was given. She is very thorough and listens to my concerns. I have seen her practice grow over the years and I love the convenience of having so many different specialties under one roof. Having the lab is also a convenience that makes things easier. The staff in the lab is always very friendly and they are trained well. Overall I am very pleased and have referred my friends as well.

I am always very pleased with the nurse practitioners and my Dr is Dr Mennen. I feel like they are very knowledgeable and I'm confident in the care they provide me. I like that I can get my blood work done in the lab and it is much cleaner than other lab locations. The people that work in the lab are always very friendly and I feel are efficient and good at what they do. A lot of times my veins are hard to find and I never have a problem there. There really isn't much I would change.

I have been going to Locicero medical group for about 10 years now. Also my wife comes here too. This is a very professional and multi specialilty practice. You can get almost everything done here. And it is great that they are also opened on the weekend both the lab and internal practice.

Locicero medical group and a wonderful group. I came today because I was sick and they put me on the schedule. And I didn't even have a appointment. Most places would say it's going to be two to three days. The clinic and lab are great, always helpful and polite.

The lab personal are the most professional and helpful,There is no other lab I would go to. most important whenever I come to this lab I know that I will get the proper care ,I enjoy their smiles and knowledge of their profession,Jason and Tom are the best there is, Please don't ever let them leave.When a patient comes to the lab they make it a joy, Jason and Tom are like family to me and my mom, We love them very much!
