I am frustrated by the lack of coordination in the department. The robo calls prompt the client to order supplies however, the system is not set up to order the supplies ordered by the doctor. It takes several cslls to get the correct order. The staff is courteous on the phone but apparently understaffed to deal with ongoing integration and system coordination. Ae Most unfortunate that the patient needs to use old supplies and risk infection due to CPAP contamination. .,.

This provider is part of Hopkins. When a Dr referred me to them because as a Hopkins subsidiary they are the preferred provider for John Hopkins US family health plan, they refused me service saying they didn't accept the insurance.

Despite providing them with my insurance details they did not bill my insurance company. It required several phone calls to get them to do it rather than just billing me directly. After getting new supplies 6 months later the whole procedure started all over again. They billed my directly and I had to give them my insurance details over the phone twice before they were able to bill my insurance company. They also managed to send me the incorrect supplies although they are the same every six months.

They have mailed my equipment to the wrong address the last 3 orders, despite my having updated my address in DEERS system and with them. When I call to correct, I get bounced around the automated system, then on hold 20 minutes only to finally be told they're too busy and need to take my information to call me back. Unfortunately I am beholden to them by my insurance.

This company has been called several times for equipment and no response. CPAP machine not working and new machine requested. took days before they responded and now want a Dr. referral. Why? Already have a CPAP for years (with Oxygen). They have a really bad rep. Critical patient have working equipment. JH being notified about their company also.
