Second session was better. Doctor allowed free minutes when questioned, hadn't first session. But still did not even allow 5 free minutes as promised, let alone 10 for the 2 sessions. Nevertheless Doctor communicated politely and clearly in this session, and advice was helpful.

Great and concise! Helped ease my mind about all of the tests drs are ordering for my daughter!
Slow typer which helped to run meter up but did help me!

He is EXCELLENT and I HIGHLY recommend he is kind and helpful He answered all of my questions will detail that I was unable to find anywhere else. Months of searching I should have just asked him first. I want to thank him for everything. He did not get upset when he sent me an invoice and I still had more questions. He did not even charge me for the extra questions. He answered them as well. Tells me that he is truly here to help and not in this for the money. I wish the Dr's around here were this great.
