I was so pleased with my incredible experience with Taylor Listening Center that I wanted to share my story. It was important for me to make sure I went to a highly recommended audiologist so I was getting a proper evaluation. My story is rather funny because when I first started searching for an audiologist two different people gave me Dr Taylor's name along with her center but I kept losing her information. I waited so long, of course I never believed my hearing was as bad as it turned out to be. Finally, I called a close friend and said I know of a good audiologist but couldn't remember her name so if my friend know of someone good I would call that person right away. She gave me Dr Taylor's name and I squealed with delight because I remembered she was the doctor everyone was recommending! That alone should make you want to check her out. Well, I did go to see her and I've never been happier. Emily was so thorough and kind and made me feel so reassured every step of the way. I was diagnosed with severe hearing loss in both ears and was shocked how much my new hearing aids changed my life. Just as Emily said it would. It was so easy to put your trust in her and relax knowing she would take good care of you. You receive such superior customer service I actually looked forward to my visits and never thought I would love wearing hearing aids, which I must add are invisible. I don't have to ask people over and overs to repeat themselves and not blasting the TV at night makes my husband very happy. Dr Emily Taylor is an outstanding audiologist and I'm so grateful to her I want to spread the word to anyone needing help in this area that I highly recommend her and you will be just as pleased as all of us that love her

My experience at Taylor Listening Center would be rated with 10 stars if I could. I am no stranger to hearing loss and I can say based on years of experience that Emily Taylor is a highly skilled audiologist. She helped me select the hearing aid that best suited my particular needs and she said right up front that we would keep fine tuning things until I was satisfied. She is a great listener and is so warm, friendly and professional that I felt entirely free to discuss what I liked and what I was still struggling with. I love that she is staying so up to date with current technology and I'm thrilled with my new hearing aid. I will never go to another audiologist again!

I recently relocated to Baltimore and as a long time hearing aid user; I needed to find a new audiologist. By chance I found Taylor Listening Center as I searched offices in the area. I found Dr. Taylor to be one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and professional audiologists I have met to date. I recently purchased an expensive pair of hearing aids from another audiologist but ended up not being able to wear them even after repeated attempts to calibrate them correctly. Not only did Dr. Taylor patiently listen to and address all of my questions / concerns, she went out of her way to make sure the hearing aids worked the way I needed them to. I could not be happier with the level of support provided here and would highly recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone.

I had the pleasure of having my hearing tested at TLC yesterday and haven’t stopped telling people about it since! Dr. Taylor and her office manager are absolutely wonderful. The test was actually enjoyable….loved seeing the results and even though I’m not ready for hearing aids, Dr. Taylor let me try some on – these are NOT my grandmother’s hearing aids – they were extremely comfortable and I could barely see the thin little clear piece of tubing that rested comfortably in my ear. I’m actually looking forward to getting them one day (as strange as that may sound). I’m so happy to have come to The Taylor Listening Center and look forward to another visit next year!

I was able to schedule an appointment for my 9 year old son, myself and my mother to obtain hearing tests. Dr. Taylor was able to work around our crazy and inconvenient schedules. Besides the office being absolutely beautiful, we were greeted by name and handled with the warmest, most patient care, even my 9 year old who wanted to know about each button on each machine. EVERYONE should have their hearing tested, especially as a baseline for the future. Thank you Dr. Taylor and staff at the Taylor Listening Center for such great service!

I had my baseline hearing test done today at the new clinical practice of Dr. Emily Taylor, Au.D. It was an enlightening experience to have the visual (graph), in addition to test results being explained, to gain an understanding where weaknesses may be occurring....I highly recommend that anyone regardless of age have a baseline done, (and future follow ups) at the Taylor Listening Center. Dr. Taylor is a fine clinician and I wish her much success as she builds her practice!

I had been putting off getting my hearing checked because I kept thinking it would improve and that there was nothing I could do to make it better. I left fully informed about my hearing condition and treatment options that would help improve it. My family and friends finally won't have to repeat themselves anymore. She was very qualified and knowledgeable. She will go out of her way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. She is an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in her care. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that she strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong she makes every effort to correct the situation.
