The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. The equipment at this nursing home was current and safe and I knew that my loved one would be receiving the highest quality of care. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.
